End User Training

End Users need to understand the location information they see and use during their daily shifts. Training at this level may be as simple as how to perform a query to locate an item and proper wearing of the badge.

End User training is performed on-site. Due to the nature of the hospital environment (large facility, many shifts, many units), Versus recommends scheduling End User training in multiple sessions of 20 to 60 minutes each. Versus is happy to perform this training, but has also found that End Users are very receptive to Super Users who have already adopted the system. If it is a “Train the Trainer” situation, Versus can be on hand to answer any questions that may arise.
