Versus in the News

New doctor’s office uses Versus to eliminate the waiting room

The Aurora Children’s Health Clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with the help of Versus, has created the first self-rooming pediatric clinic in the state. Self-rooming eliminates the need for waiting rooms and decreases the chance of acquiring an infection while waiting to see a doctor. The design of Aurora’s facility integrates Versus Advantages™ Clinic with fun exam rooms, sterile toys, and other kid-friendly features to create a unique pediatric patient experience. At the MGMA conference in October 2016, Cheryl Becker was awarded the prestigious Harwick Innovation Award for Aurora’s self-rooming workflow. She also gave an exceptional education session at the conference about how Aurora improved its patient experience through self-rooming and a new scheduling model.
