Administrator Training System
Administrators are key to the smooth operation of the tracking
system and serve as the designated liaison between the facility
and Versus if support is needed. Because this is the person
who will work with the system to ensure proper functionality,
the System Administrator is key to the success of the VIS™
application.
There should be at least
one System Administrator, but Versus recommends training a
backup administrator as well. Typically, we recommend training
2 to 6 System Administrators, depending on the size of the
facility and the scope of the application.
The System Administrator
Training course is designed to give system administrators
the knowledge to successfully understand, install and support
the Versus Information System. This three-day course includes
an overview of the hardware and software components, with
special emphasis on troubleshooting and technical support.
This type of training is customized based on the facility’s
particular VISion locating solution set.
This course is conducted
at the Versus headquarters in Traverse City, Michigan on a
monthly basis. On-site training can be arranged if necessary.
